Startico provides company formation, corporate, and advisory services in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. This includes company registration, VAT and accounting, LMRA and GOSI support, corporate bank account help, business consultancy, and related services.
We act as your service provider and agent. We prepare and submit your applications and guide you through each step. Final approvals rest with the relevant government bodies, not with us.

No Guarantee of Government Approval
We prepare and submit your applications with care and skill. But we do not control government decisions. We cannot guarantee that any authority will approve your company, visa, licence, or bank account.
Approvals depend on the authorities, your documents, and your activity. Government fees paid to a ministry are usually non-refundable, even if an application is refused. We tell you the risks before you commit.
Refunds and Cancellation
Our refund and cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement or quote. In general, professional fees for work already done are non-refundable. Government fees paid to the authorities cannot be refunded by us. If you wish to cancel a service, contact us as early as possible, and we will explain your options.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, logos, images, and design, belongs to Startico or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for your own business without our written permission. The Startico name and logo are our property.
